Thermal Imaging

Thermal Imaging: the technique of using the heat given off by an object to produce an image of it or locate it.

We use thermal imaging to detect any variances in temperature within connection points and components, increasing reliability and peace of mind in the event of a power outage. By using thermal imaging, our technicians are able to easily look for hot spots or any other electrical issues within transfer switches, circuit breakers, and switch-gear easily and effectively while the generator is running.

Many technicians only use infra-red guns, which are good for showing hot spots, but lack recording capabilities to provide a hard copy to keep on record.
